the participation by various roles in completing activities /
tasks or deliverables for a project or business
process. It is especially useful in clarifying roles and
responsibilities in cross-functional/departmental projects and processes.The
LRC attempts to clarify the authority and working relationships in the
project team or business process. A
chart that is in the form of a matrix with activities /tasks listed in rows
and departments/persons in the columns.
